If you are a 501 (c) 3, Health and Human Service organization, located in Jefferson County WV or providing service to Jefferson County residents please review the following criteria for funding through the agency agreement. All applications must be completed correctly and signed by the President of the Board of Directors. Each nonprofit Board should review the application at the first meeting prior to the submission date. Applications must be in the United Way office no later than March 15, 2004.
